Hippocrates Health Institute Director continues taking questions in Part 10, the final in this series.
The creators of the blood type diet mean well, but it is flat out wrong. He and his wife both have an o blood type. So according to the blood type diet, they should both eat meat.
And yet they have been raw vegans, eating just as they teach at the Hippocrates Institute; and they have been much healthier as a result.
So the question was raised why do they do blood testing at the Institute if the diet is not based on blood type? Are the blood tests used in fine tuning the recommendations?
Yes, but not because of the blood type. They look at the white blood cells, the red blood cells, cholesterol levels, etc; all to ascertain the health of the guest.
Once you've been a guest at Hippocrates, you will be able to send your blood tests in for the rest of your life, and a member of his team will consult with you as to how you are doing.
It's because of this, that they have files on many people and have been able to ascertain so well what works and doesn't work.
